Children of the Land

Here's the happy little girl from yesterday's post (http://shusho.shutterchance.com/photoblog/61311.htm) with her friends. After getting her picture taken, her mates didn't want to be left out. You should have seen how excited they were... Isn't it funny how some of the things we take for granted can bring so much joy to others. It's definitely a lesson to be grateful for whatever you have - no matter how little it is when compared with someone else's - there's always someone out there wishing they were in your shoes.

beautiful image and beautiful colors of beautiful children, still I am wondering how it would work in B&W. Great job here
Morenike Olagbaju: thanks! I really liked the colours in this one and decided to stick to the colour version, but now that you've mentioned it, i'll be sure to give it a try.

Morenike Olagbaju: Thank you, sir! I actually thought of you when i uploaded this image and yesterday's and was wondering if you'd notice any sharpness. I guess an okay from the King of sharp images isn't bad wink.

I think this is a really beautiful picture, such happiness on the children's faces and absolutely no embarrassment either. It's a delight to see.
I think I've fallen in love with that little girl...she has a gorgeous smile. Hmm.. all of a sudden I feel like doing a Madonna..
Morenike Olagbaju: LOL! i know what you mean. I actually thought of naming yesterday's post "Strike the Pose"
